We are seeking an Xray Technologist at South County Hospital.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the production of radiographic examinations (includes fluoroscopy, portables and OR) of high quality utilizing proper factors to minimize exposure to the patient. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department.
Reports to:
Manager of Diagnostic Imaging Minimum Qualifications Active RI Radiographer license or active RI RAD Graduate Technologist license Current ARRT (R) certification or pending. New graduates have 90 days from date of hire to obtain ARRT certification AHA Basic Life Support Certification Success Factors Ability to handle multiple tasks in a hectic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Maintains composure in difficult situations. Wants to be part of a team. Knowledge of RI regulatory requirements
