Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography examinations that aid in early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes through precise imaging and compassionate care. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy in imaging procedures. Duties Prepare patients for mammography procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and cooperation Operate mammography equipment to capture clear, detailed breast images following established protocols Ensure all imaging procedures meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging data, technical notes, and relevant medical history Assist radiologists in reviewing images for clarity and diagnostic quality, making necessary adjustments Follow infection control procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff Stay updated with the latest advancements in mammography technology and techniques to enhance service quality Skills Proven experience performing mammography examinations with a strong understanding of breast anatomy and pathology Certification as a Mammografista or equivalent credential recognized by relevant health authorities Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide compassionate patient care Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality imaging and accurate record-keeping Ability to operate digital mammography equipment confidently and troubleshoot technical issues effectively Knowledge of safety protocols related to radiation exposure and patient protection Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in making a difference by delivering exceptional imaging services that empower early detection and save lives.
