  • Operate MRI scanners efficiently, accurately selecting anatomic and technical parameters to produce high-quality cross-sectional images for diagnosis and treatment
  • Perform rigorous safety pre-screening (verifying implants/contraindications), position patients compassionately, and provide clear education regarding the examination
  • Manage patient data accurately and ensure the prompt submission of high-quality images and complete documentation to PACS
  • Strictly ad to MRI safety protocols, monitor equipment for proper functionality, and immediately report any technical malfunctions
  • Assist with patient scheduling, workflow coordination, and maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized clinical environment.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following required
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty. State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Maryland Board of Physicians
  • Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty. State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board.

Education
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
