Mammography Technologist (ARRT Mammo)
  • No Weekends Mammography Technologist (ARRT Mammo)

  • 5:00 PM (Occasional Weekends)$33
  • $48/hourWe are hiring a Mammography Technologist for a full-time opportunity at a busy outpatient imaging center in Olney, MD.
This role includes performing screening and diagnostic mammography exams, along with DEXA (bone density) scans (training provided if needed).This is an excellent opportunity for technologists seeking stable hours, strong compensation, and a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols
  • Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort and accurate imaging
  • Follow MQSA and radiation safety (ALARA) guidelines
  • Review images for quality, accuracy, and proper documentation
  • Assist with breast imaging procedures and patient care
  • Educate patients and provide support throughout exams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in quality assurance and team collaboration Requirements
  • ARRT (R) Certification
  • Required
  • ARRT (M)
  • Mammography Certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • Active state license (or eligibility)
  • Associate degree or completion of an accredited radiology program
  • Up to 5 years of Mammography Technologist experience Preferred
  • Experience with DEXA scans (training available)
  • Strong communication and patient care skills Compensation & Benefits
