Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Explore the charm of South Portland, ME, an ideal destination for travel healthcare professionals seeking both professional and personal enrichment. Gain pivotal experience in a Level 1 trauma environment, working alongside skilled leaders who bring unique approaches to patient safety and team productivity. This opportunity not only expands your technical expertise, especially with advanced Philips MRI equipment, but also offers significant growth through exposure to a wide range of clinical scenarios, including neuro, spine, and musculoskeletal imaging.
Schedule Options:
Overnight shift: 6:45 PM-7:15 AM, Thursday/Friday/Saturday Weekend shift: 6:30 AM-7:00 PM Saturday/Sunday, plus Monday 9:00 AM-9:30 PM Weekend shift: 6:30 AM-7:00 PM Saturday/Sunday, plus Friday 7:00 AM-7:30 PM 36 guaranteed hours per week; no call required; floating between locations (if not overnight)
Qualifications:
ARRT (MR) and AMRIT certified Minimum of 2 years' MRI experience, specifically with Philips 1.5T scanners Level 1 Trauma Center background preferred Experience with anesthesia, ICU, neuro, body, and MSK imaging Reliable, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with a team
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI exams adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines Rotate between inpatient and outpatient settings; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records in Epic EMR system Demonstrate strong communication and prioritize patient-centered care
