Job Description

Position Overview A CT Technologist plays a key role in delivering high‑quality diagnostic imaging to support timely, accurate patient care. This role combines advanced technical skill with compassionate patient interaction in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Operate CT scanners to produce high‑quality diagnostic images Prepare, position, and educate patients before and during procedures Administer IV contrast per protocol and safety standards Monitor patients for comfort, safety, and clinical changes Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical teams Maintain equipment, follow radiation safety guidelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Document procedures accurately within the EMR and PACS systems Qualifications ARRT certification in Radiography required Advanced certification in CT or eligibility to obtain State licensure as required BLS certification Strong patient‑care skills and ability to work in a collaborative clinical setting Experience in hospital or emergency imaging preferred Schedule & Environment Full‑time role within a modern imaging department Opportunities to work across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings Supportive leadership and a culture focused on patient‑centered care Compensation Competitive salary typically ranging $75,000-$120,000+ annually depending on experience, certifications, and shift differentials Comprehensive benefits package and professional development support
