Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into a key role supporting diagnostic excellence as an X-ray Technologist. In this contract position, you'll work alongside a dedicated clinical team to deliver essential imaging services, contributing to accurate diagnoses and patient care.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) State licensure as required by Michigan regulations Previous experience in X-ray imaging within a clinical or hospital environment Strong proficiency with digital imaging equipment and PACS systems Excellent attention to detail and adherence to established safety protocols Effective communication skills for interaction with patients and team members Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of routine and specialized X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols Prepare and position patients to obtain optimal images while ensuring patient safety and comfort Accurately document imaging findings and maintain patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot X-ray equipment to ensure peak performance and safety Comply with radiation safety standards, infection control policies, and facility guidelines at all times Assist radiologists and medical staff with diagnostic procedures as necessary Provide compassionate, professional service to patients of all ages and backgrounds Gain valuable experience in a professional setting, work with state-of-the-art technology, and collaborate with a team committed to quality patient care.
