Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting advanced medical diagnostics as a skilled CT Technologist. This contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated imaging team and contribute to patient care within a state-of-the-art environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CT (Computed Tomography) equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation Position patients and perform procedures while prioritizing comfort, privacy, and safety Review and verify physician orders before conducting exams Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging findings accurately Follow established protocols, radiation safety procedures, and infection control guidelines Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report malfunctions promptly Stay current on best practices and emerging advancements in CT imaging technology
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT) Demonstrated proficiency with CT imaging procedures Comprehensive understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and medical terminology Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate patient approach Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
