Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with flexible assignment schedules tailored to your preferences.
Key Qualifications:
Proficiency in CT imaging procedures Experience with general diagnostic radiology exams is a plus Competency in administering intravenous contrast media and utilizing power injectors Ability to prepare, set up, and maintain procedure rooms and sterile equipment Skilled in patient care, including monitoring for and responding to contrast reactions Familiarity with PACS image management and RIS study indexing Excellent communication—embracing AIDET principles and positive, diverse team interactions ARRT certification (CT) preferred; state licensure as required
Core Responsibilities:
Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety before and during exams Review clinical data and adjust imaging procedures as appropriate Perform CT scans and general radiology exams under general supervision Collaborate with radiologists on complex procedures, such as biopsies Maintain accurate documentation in both medical records and radiology information systems Demonstrate and promote high standards in patient care, communication, and documentation
