Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Travel Step into a vital Imaging - Radiology Tech role where your expertise will contribute directly to high-quality patient care. Key Qualifications:
Current, valid registration as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT) required State licensure and CPR certification (as applicable) Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and radiographic techniques Proficiency operating and maintaining diagnostic imaging equipment Attention to detail and ability to follow complex imaging protocols Effective communication and positive collaboration with medical staff and patients Minimum of one year prior experience in a radiology/imaging setting preferred
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time hours, specific shift details provided during interview
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate radiographic imaging equipment according to established guidelines Accurately position patients for diagnostic images, ensuring safety and comfort Assist physicians in interpreting images for diagnoses and treatment plans Maintain clear and accurate patient records in compliance with privacy standards Ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly, reporting any concerns promptly Follow all infection control, radiation safety, and hospital policies Provide compassionate care and answer patient questions during procedures
