Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Travel Advance your career as a Radiology Technologist in a dynamic healthcare environment. You'll play a crucial role in patient care by performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures and supporting the clinical team through your technical expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Valid state license to practice as a Radiology Tech Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, safety standards, and equipment operation Prior experience in a healthcare imaging department strongly preferred Ability to interact compassionately and professionally with patients and staff Excellent attention to detail and precise documentation skills Familiarity with digital imaging systems and electronic health records
Key Responsibilities:
Operate radiographic equipment to produce quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures with a focus on safety and comfort Ensure all protocols are followed to minimize patient exposure to radiation Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and verify physician orders Perform routine equipment checks and arrange for maintenance or repairs if necessary Adhere to facility policies, infection control guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate prompt diagnosis and care
