Certifications:

ARRT (CT) certification required.

Life Support:

Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Experience:

Current resume or application and a skills checklist from your agency (including records of nursing-related competencies and exams). Health & Clinical Clearances Tuberculosis (TB): Current screening records.

Hepatitis B:

Proof of vaccination or immunity.

Influenza:

Annual vaccine record or a signed declination form.

Drug Screening:

Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Compliance & Identification

Identity:

Valid Driver's License with photo ID.

Background:

Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Insurance:

Copy of the staffing agency's Certificate of Liability Insurance.

Verification:

Signed attestation form. Travel CT Technologist Professional Credentials
