$47•57 per Hour (Negotiable) Key Responsibilities Perform CT scans and diagnostic imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols. Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety. Operate CT imaging equipment efficiently and accurately. Review images for quality and completeness before submission to radiologists. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control policies. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to any concerns or emergencies. Ensure proper maintenance and care of imaging equipment. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification (R) required. ARRT (CT) certification preferred or required based on facility guidelines. Current BLS certification. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent CT Technologist experience preferred. Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, anatomy, and patient care practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay:
$47.00•$57.00 per hour
