CT/X-Ray Technologist

Overview We are currently seeking an exceptional Full-Time CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our team and help us deliver world-class care in this newly launched facility (opening in Fall, 2025). In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging services are provided in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities Perform high-quality CT and X-Ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders Accurately position patients and monitor their comfort and safety during scans Maintain and operate radiographic equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns. Administer contrast agents and observe for any adverse reactions Ensure the accuracy of images produced and assist in the diagnostic evaluation by providing necessary information to physicians. Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to imaging procedures. Follow established protocols, infection control, and safety standards Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology, including sonography, mammography, CT scans, PET scans, and diagnostic radiology. Qualifications Certification as an CT Technologist from an accredited program. Valid state licensure to practice as an CT Technologist. Knowledge of medical terminology related to diagnostic imaging. Experience in urgent care environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with various imaging modalities is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining patient safety. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team members. Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of medical imaging.
