Job Description
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Education:
- Associate's Degree is preferredPreferred certifications:
- Certification in Radiology, including CT, X-Ray, or MRI imaging
- Certification in Graphic Design or a related field
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Experience in Radiology, including CT, X-Ray, or MRI imaging
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and established procedures consistently
- Must be able to work overtime
Job Duties:
- Create and manage cases using proprietary case management software
- Review CT scans to ensure compliance with Mako Surgical imaging protocols
- Segment CT scans using specialized software to generate 3D anatomical bone models for robotic surgery applications
- Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement procedures
- Review CT segmentations and surgical plans to verify anatomical landmark accuracy, implant sizing, and implant positioning
- Upload completed pre-operative plans to field-based personnel in a timely manner
- Accurately document all activities in accordance with established methods, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Meet individual productivity goals while contributing to overall team and departmental performance targets
