Job Description

Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Education:
  • Associate's Degree is preferredPreferred certifications:
  • Certification in Radiology, including CT, X-Ray, or MRI imaging
  • Certification in Graphic Design or a related field
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
  • Experience in Radiology, including CT, X-Ray, or MRI imaging
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and established procedures consistently
  • Must be able to work overtime
Job Duties:
  • Create and manage cases using proprietary case management software
  • Review CT scans to ensure compliance with Mako Surgical imaging protocols
  • Segment CT scans using specialized software to generate 3D anatomical bone models for robotic surgery applications
  • Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement procedures
  • Review CT segmentations and surgical plans to verify anatomical landmark accuracy, implant sizing, and implant positioning
  • Upload completed pre-operative plans to field-based personnel in a timely manner
  • Accurately document all activities in accordance with established methods, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality output
  • Meet individual productivity goals while contributing to overall team and departmental performance targets
