Key Qualifications:

Valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT preferred) State licensure (if required) Demonstrated proficiency in computed tomography (CT) imaging techniques Experience in imaging procedures within a healthcare or hospital setting Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication and patient care skills Familiarity with radiology safety protocols and HIPAA regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans following physician orders, ensuring optimal image quality for diagnosis Prepare and position patients for imaging, explaining procedures to minimize anxiety and maximize cooperation Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and facility protocols Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate interpretation and timely reporting of results Complete and update patient records and documentation promptly and accurately Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, reporting any issues for timely resolution Follow established infection control and safety standards
