Travel assignment; schedule details to be discussed during interview
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
ARRT (MR) certification (or equivalent required) Active MRI technologist license as required by state Previous MRI experience, with proficiency in administering IV and oral contrast media Strong communication skills for patient interaction and multidisciplinary teamwork Ability to adapt to varying protocols and new equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare scan room and patients for MRI examinations Draw up and administer contrast as needed, ensuring patient safety and proper screening Operate high-tech MRI equipment; perform pre-scan equipment protocols and data entry Position and transport patients, monitoring for contraindications or allergies Execute scans with careful attention to protocols, patient orientation, and image order Organize records for radiologists, ensuring clinical information is accurate and complete
