CT Technologist

The Rochester Medical Center is looking to add a part-time certified CT Technician to our team. We are looking for 1-3 days week . Experience in computed tomography angiography is a plus. We look forward to hearing from you ! Duties

• Perform CT scans on patients using medical imaging equipment
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
• Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort during the scan
• Operate the CT scanner and adjust settings as necessary to obtain high-quality images
• Monitor patients during the scan and address any concerns or issues that arise
• Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet diagnostic requirements
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures Qualifications
• Valid certification as a CT Technologist
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
