Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled CT Technologist to support diagnostic imaging services on a 13-week contract. The role involves operating advanced CT equipment for high-quality imaging procedures, contributing directly to patient care alongside a dedicated radiology team.
Schedule/Hours:
Night shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am
Qualifications:
ARRT CT Certification required Demonstrated experience in general radiography Ability to operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and safety standards Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Perform CT diagnostic imaging procedures according to physician orders Properly position patients and operate scanning equipment to produce optimal image quality Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including ALARA principles for radiation safety Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and fellow technologists for smooth workflow Ensure accurate documentation in patient records and maintain data integrity Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunction or safety issues Deliver compassionate care and address patient questions or concerns throughout procedures
