Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting high-quality patient care through expert imaging services as an X-ray Technologist. This position specializes in performing computerized tomographic radiological procedures as well as general diagnostic X-rays. Working under general supervision, you will be a key contributor to accurate medical diagnoses and safe imaging practices.

Earn $65 per hour for local candidates What you'll bring: Active certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) State licensure in Radiologic Technology, eligible to practice in Michigan Proven competency in both computerized tomography (CT) and general X-ray imaging Strong knowledge of imaging equipment operation and safety protocols Ability to interact patiently and professionally with patients of all ages Flexibility to work varying shifts and respond to urgent imaging needs Role responsibilities: Perform a variety of CT and general X-ray procedures following established standards Prepare and position patients for required imaging exams, ensuring comfort and proper technique Operate radiologic equipment, adjust settings, and ensure images are high-quality for diagnosis Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and patient data Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies to protect patients and staff Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to facilitate timely interpretative results Enjoy the flexibility of a PRN schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to impact patient lives through exceptional imaging care.
