Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a pivotal role supporting patient care and diagnostic accuracy as an Imaging X-ray Technologist. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and utilizes your skills to deliver high-quality imaging services alongside a dedicated healthcare team.
Schedule/Hours:
Variable shifts Week 1: Monday & Tuesday, 11:00 p.m.
  • 9:00 a.m.; Saturday, 8:00 p.m.
  • 6:00 a.m. Week 2: Monday & Tuesday, 11:00 p.m.
  • 6:00 a.m.; Sunday, 11:00 p.m.

Qualifications:
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Demonstrated experience operating X-ray equipment and carrying out radiographic procedures Strong communication and patient care skills to promote comfort and cooperation Detail-oriented with proficiency in image quality assessment and proper safety practice
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality X-ray images for diagnostic interpretation by physicians Prepare and position patients safely, ensuring appropriate technique and care throughout procedures Maintain and operate imaging equipment according to safety standards; perform quality assurance checks as needed Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely, accurate results while prioritizing patient well-being Uphold rigorous protocols for radiation protection and patient confidentiality Document procedures and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines This contract role suits a reliable, skilled technologist ready to make a difference through technical proficiency and compassionate patient interaction.
