Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrated competency in CT imaging and radiographic procedures Proficiency in radiation safety standards and techniques Ability to administer IV and oral contrast according to protocol Skills in venous puncture and sterile technique Strong clinical history documentation and communication abilities Ability to recognize urgent medical conditions and respond appropriately
Primary Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality CT and radiographic images following clinical protocols Differentiate normal from abnormal anatomy and adjust exams per patient history and radiologist directives Administer IV and oral contrast safely, monitor patient condition, and document all findings thoroughly Practice vigilant radiation protection for patients, colleagues, and self Provide nursing support—assist with sterile procedures, obtain vital signs and necessary clinical information, and manage patient safety Identify allergic reactions or urgent conditions, and promptly assist in appropriate care
