Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into a vital healthcare role where you'll deliver high-quality imaging services as a Radiologic Technologist/X-ray Tech. Your expertise will play a key part in diagnosing and caring for patients, and you'll work alongside skilled professionals in a collaborative clinical environment. This is a contract opportunity suited for those with a passion for precision and excellence in medical imaging.
Key Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification Current BLS certification required Proven experience with X-ray imaging in a clinical or hospital setting Strong knowledge of radiographic equipment, positioning, and safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced and variable patient volumes

Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures for patients as ordered by physicians Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout the imaging process Accurately position patients and adjust equipment to achieve optimal images Understand and operate digital and traditional X-ray systems Maintain accurate records and document procedures per organizational standards Collaborate with the healthcare team to support clinical workflows Uphold all safety standards, including radiation safety and infection prevention Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance of imaging equipment Experience growth and fulfillment in a respected medical setting, where your skills in diagnostic imaging directly contribute to patient care.
