Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in CT imaging to a dynamic healthcare environment committed to excellent patient care. This contract opportunity is ideal for a CT Technologist who thrives on precision, efficiency, and collaboration. You'll be a key member of the imaging team, leveraging advanced technology to deliver critical diagnostic services for patients.
Schedule:
5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
Evenings:
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification required ARRT(CT) credential required Experience with Canon and GE CT scanners strongly preferred Demonstrated proficiency in CT imaging techniques and protocols Solid understanding of radiation safety and equipment operation Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and department protocols Operate and troubleshoot Canon and GE scanners, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety Prepare and position patients for procedures, providing compassionate care throughout the process Accurately document technical factors, patient history, and procedure details within electronic health records Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, adhering to all regulatory standards Participate in quality assurance, continuing education, and performance improvement activities
