Review MRI studies for proper image quality and identification.
Ensure optimal image quality of anatomy and pathology.
Prepare and/or administer IV contrast medium.

Review sterile technique and prevent cross-contamination to patients and instruments.
Organize, plan, and direct activities relating to patient procedures for MRI area to maximize patient throughput.
Identify equipment and operational problems and communicate to the immediate supervisor.
Perform preventative maintenance checks and quality control tests, record, and report results to the supervisor.
Prepare and maintain room supplies as well as restocking assigned workstation.
Knowledge of equipment emergency protocols.
Holds problem-solving skills as well as efficient time management skills.
Must possess the ability to remain calm during difficult situations with patients and medical emergencies.

This is a full-time position working across our three clinics. Monday and Wednesday in Bloomington, Friday in Blaine. We have the availability of working Saturdays in Bloomington or Blaine as well.Major Areas of Responsibility:
Research scheduled exams in EMR for clarification of order when orders are either incomplete or ambiguous.Perform all routine MRI procedures and views according to department procedure manual.
Review MRI studies for proper image quality and identification.
Ensure optimal image quality of anatomy and pathology.
Prepare and/or administer IV contrast medium.
Consult with radiologist and/or physicians regarding examinations as necessary.
