Lead Mammography Technologist - $5,000 Bonus HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Lead Mammography Technologist to join a well-established healthcare system in Coon Rapids, MN . This opportunity is with a private medical practice of highly-trained and experienced radiologists, serving the Twin Cities, surrounding communities, and the upper Midwest Region.

Shift Options:

Monday to Friday, Daytime shifts of either 6:30am to 3:00pm, 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm | Must be able to work all shifts

Compensation Notes:

Leads mammography technologists and oversees department workflows, staffing, protocols, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and communication to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care. Performs mammography exams while supporting department management functions including staff training, process improvements, inspection/accreditation coordination, scheduling support, and resolution of clinical workflow concerns. Lead Mammography Technologist :

RT(R) or RT eligible from an approved educational program required. RT (R) (M) registration required. CPR certification required within 6 months of hire and maintain in good standing. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology required. Excellent patient care, problem solving, organizational, communication and technical skills required. Supervisory/lead experience relating to scheduling, reviewing job performance, discipline and follow-up, and salary review. Must be competent in using a computer keyboard, email, RIS (Radiology Information System) and PACS or similar applications. •They will consider someone without prior lead experience if they have 5-10 ears of relevant work history• Preferred but not a
