Karlstad, MN On-call:
1 night per week and 1 weekend per month; potential rotating holidays Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging, including radiography and CT, with accurate patient positioning and radiation safety Operate CT scanners and radiology equipment; acquire diagnostic-quality images Ensure proper documentation of procedures and maintain accurate patient records in the charting system Verify image quality and collaborate with radiologists and ordering providers to communicate results as appropriate Maintain equipment and uphold regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance activities Requirements Active Minnesota state license as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with CT certification ARRT certification in Radiography and CT or eligible to obtain CT certification Minimum 2 years radiology experience with CT experience or CT certification; first-timers not accepted Additional LTC/Critical Access experience (1.5-2 years within the last year) may be required BLS certification; strong English communication skills Ability to work in an acute care hospital setting and adhere to safety and documentation standards Benefits and Support Onboarding and credentialing assistance Compliance support for background checks, fingerprinting, vaccinations, and TB testing Reference management and submission coordination Dedicated assignment support from a recruiter throughout the engagement Find more opportunities If this specific opening isn't the perfect fit, you can explore other travel Radiology Tech roles and related opportunities at Healthforce Healthcare LLC by visiting https://healthforce.applytojob.
