1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for a clinic radiology position requiring general imaging experience and ARRT certification, with a weekend-only schedule of 3x12-hour shifts. Details Clinic-based radiology setting with on-site patient access, no teleworking General imaging department serving a variety of radiographic procedures Equipment includes a Shimadzu Radspeed unit, Philips portable, OEC C-arms, and Hologic C-arms Epic EMR is used at this facility Schedule is 36 hours per week, working every weekend on 3x12-hour shifts On-call pager coverage required, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends Must be available to staff various work locations and shift times and lengths Requirements Graduate of an accredited radiography program Minimum of 1 year of Radiologic Technologist experience required Active ARRT (R) certification required Current BLS from AHA or American Red Cross required General imaging experience with DR equipment required Epic EMR experience preferred Active state license required if applicable Must be able to work independently and respond to an on-call pager Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required Additional Information Produces high-quality diagnostic images meeting departmental standards across a variety of equipment and technology Practices and enforces radiation and patient safety guidelines for staff and patients Fosters teamwork and maintains flexibility across work locations and shift assignments COVID vaccination and booster required for eligibility Candidates who have previously been on assignment should be aware that travelers may remain on assignment for up to one calendar year from the initial start date; a 30-60 day break is required before returning to a new assignment Date of birth (DOB) is required for consideration
