Full Job Description Pay Range Statement:
Compensation is based on years of experience and may also be determined by education, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity.
Job Status:
Casual, Schedule will vary. Hours available will be Monday
  • Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
(No nights, holidays, or weekends)

Minneapolis, MN and Plymouth, MN Job Summary:
We are seeking a casual, Radiologic Technologist (RT) to join our fast-paced specialty clinic at Twin Cities Spine Center (TC Spine). The position will rotate between our Minneapolis and Plymouth locations. Come be a part in our patient's lives and work for an organization that has consistently been named one of the area's Top Workplaces. The RT will be responsible for providing high quality images for diagnostic value as directed by the physicians and physician assistants. The RT will assure that services are provided to patients and referring specialists within professional standards. As a member of a professional radiology team, the RT must be able to work independently in a fast-paced orthopedic spine clinic environment continually being conscious of patient safety.
Job Responsibilities:
Produce high quality images in a timely manner Produces diagnostic images in assigned area and performs quality control tasks as assigned Promotes and motivates good customer relations with patients, physicians, visitors, and other company personnel Uploads CD's, partners with Medical records to obtain prior images for providers to review, and answering department phone calls Maintains an orderly and clean work area to promote good safety habits for patients and co-workers Knowledge of quality control, and use of ALARA for digital as directed by State Board of Health Maintain accurate documentation, including but not limited to, logs, electronic medical record, repeat retake/analysis Understand and remain current with daily operations and preparation Responsible for opening and/or closing radiology department per protocol Maintain X-ray equipment as mandated by Federal and State regulations Adherence to all laws and regulations applicable to the position, including HIPAA Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography Licensed Radiological Technologist Graduate of an accredited radiology program Experience in orthopedics/spine preferred Must have training and experience sufficient to competently perform radiographic procedures independently Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with frequent interruptions Deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment A team player with the ability to work independently Ability to professionally work with patients of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds
