Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Advance your imaging career in a Radiology department where you'll have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in CT and PET scanning. This contract position is ideal for a skilled imaging professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Schedule/Hours:
Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available Flexible 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts 7on-7off schedule for optimal work-life balance
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency in CT and PET imaging techniques Experience performing general Radiology exams, including x-rays, Fluoroscopy, portable, and OR imaging Active certification as a CT Technologist; ARRT (CT) preferred Current BLS certification required Proven adaptability to varied shift lengths and busy department workflow Strong communication and patient service skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures across modalities, focusing on CT and PET scans Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate, high-quality results Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each exam Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed Assist with general department functions to support seamless operation
