Overview We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our pediatric team. The ideal candidate will promote safety and provide the highest level of patient care in their daily work, splitting their time between radiological technology tasks, laboratory duties and workflow, and interactions with patients. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic environment that values safety, accuracy, and compassion. This is a full-time (80 hours per two-week pay period), 8-hour day shifts (Monday-Friday). Must be flexible to work between both the Woodbury clinic and the Roseville clinic as needed. Duties Provide radiologic services with high degree of accuracy Educate patients on procedure details, provide instructions, and help minimize anxiety Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of diagnostic equipment Explain the process to patients, align the patient, position the equipment, select the proper exposure factors and operate the equipment Monitor level of supplies and notify appropriate personnel of supply needs Maintain high standard of infection control and sanitation with equipment, instruments, and surrounding area Assist with laboratory duties and workflow Stock rooms, stock supplies, complete forms Handle confidential information professionally and in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Interact with patients, physicians, management, and staff Other duties as assigned
RSO Responsibilities:
Calibration of equipment and maintain calibration test reports Assess need for equipment service and maintain service records Radiation safety MDH registration Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and annual quality control testing required by MDH o
Quarterly:
o Badge Reports (download badges) o Repeat/Rejects o Every 6 months: o Visual Inspection o
Annually:
o Annual Radiation Audit o Badge Report Notification o Repeat/Reject Annual Report Provide feedback to clinical staff when reviewing weekly images and/or when performing repeats/rejects Review images Train new employees Maintain RSO binder with credentials of all x-ray-certified staff

Required :
Graduate from an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program with current ARRT registration.
Pay:
$35.00 - $43.00 per hour
