Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Travel Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Arnold, MO—a wonderful destination that blends suburban charm with easy access to outdoor adventures, local culture, and the welcoming spirit of the Midwest. As a travel imaging professional, this role provides a chance to gain invaluable clinical experience and broaden your expertise by collaborating with seasoned radiologists, a variety of care teams, and diverse patient populations. Working in this dynamic hospital setting means handling advanced X-ray imaging tasks, supporting special and interventional procedures, and utilizing top-tier equipment like C-arms and O-arms. Not only will you strengthen your technical skills, but you'll also experience a range of leadership styles and contribute to high-impact care across various hospital units—including inpatient, operating room, emergency, and outpatient areas. Plus, with every other weekend and holiday rotations, you'll have time to explore the area: from scenic parks and riverside trails to lively local eateries and cultural sites.
Schedule/Hours:
Every other weekend and holidays during contract
Key Responsibilities:
Assist radiologists and physicians with interventional and special procedures (including myelography, hysterosalpingography, arthrography) Perform GI studies, fluoroscopy, and routine X-ray procedures using portables and stationary equipment Support surgical care using C-arms and O-arms Deliver excellent patient care throughout all exams Participate in operating room call coverage as required Collaborate within a team and operate independently as needed
Desired Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program ARRT certification required 2-5+ years of relevant hospital experience spanning inpatient, operating room, emergency department, and outpatient care Proficiency with a broad array of imaging technologies Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities Demonstrated reliability in fast-paced clinical environments
