You'll work closely with orthopaedic specialists in a highly collaborative environment where accuracy, safety, and communication directly impact diagnosis and treatment. About the Role The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with radiologic standards. This role supports orthopaedic providers by performing imaging procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate, timely results that contribute to effective patient care. What You Will Do Prepare patients for imaging procedures and provide clear instructions and support throughout the process Position patients and operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Adjust equipment settings and follow orthopaedic imaging protocols for accuracy and consistency Monitor patient safety and apply radiation protection measures at all times Maintain radiology equipment and report any malfunctions or issues promptly Ensure proper documentation and maintain adequate imaging supplies Who Thrives in This Role You are detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality imaging results You communicate clearly and help patients feel comfortable during procedures You work well in a fast-paced, team-based clinical environment You are safety-focused and consistently follow established protocols and standards Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required ARRT certification preferred Prior experience in radiologic technology preferred Strong knowledge of imaging procedures, patient positioning, and equipment operation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking clinical environment
