Job Summary - Post Prim Adv Imaging Stdnt CoxHealth recognizes and considers the Primary Advanced Imaging Student an asset to the clinical imaging in which they are training. Therefore hiring primary advanced imaging students as they near the end of their training secures competent staff to fill open posted positions. The advanced imaging student assists and performs imaging/procedures in the advanced clinical area under the guidance of the certified advanced imaging staff.

CT Technologist Education:

Required:

Graduate of ARRT accredited

School of Radiological Technology Preferred:

Associates Degree in

Radiology Experience:

Required:

Successful completion of a CT Training Program OR 1 Year CT experience

Preferred:

1-2

Years Related Experience Skills:

Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Knowledge of current diagnostic radiology technical information. Proficient in using computers and computer systems. Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
