Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Travel Set in the charming community of Courtland, MS, this travel assignment offers more than just professional advancement—it's a gateway to authentic Southern culture and the peaceful beauty of Mississippi. This is a unique chance for Imaging professionals with experience in X-ray to expand their expertise. As a Radiologic Technologist here, you'll receive specialized training in CT, adding critical skills and versatility to your resume. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, experience various leadership approaches, and work hands-on with GE equipment—each day presenting fresh learning experiences that drive continuous professional growth.
Schedule/Hours:
Day and night shifts available 6 days on, followed by 8 days off, offering extended downtime to explore or recharge Possible on-call shifts
Qualifications & Experience:
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology required Proficiency in X-ray imaging techniques Eagerness to learn CT scanning (training provided onsite) Strong adaptability and teamwork skills Previous experience with GE imaging equipment is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality X-ray imaging exams per physician orders Support the radiology department by maintaining patient safety and comfort Learn and operate CT equipment under supervision, expanding your imaging skill set Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff to ensure accurate results Assist during on-call shifts as needed
