Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting patient care as a skilled imaging professional specializing in X-ray technology. This contract opportunity is tailored for a Radiologic Technologist who values accuracy and adaptability, working with cutting-edge equipment in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule:
13-week assignment No on-call requirements Work pattern: 5 shifts on, 5 off; then 2 on, 2 off Night shifts: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Qualifications:
Active ARRT (R) certification required Proven expertise operating Fuji portable X-ray units and OEC C-arms Familiarity with Philips and GE imaging equipment Experience covering surgical cases with imaging support Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and patient care skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures following established protocols Operate C-arm technology confidently, especially during surgical assist cases Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety Collaborate seamlessly with surgical, nursing, and physician teams Accurately document procedures and ensure timely recordkeeping Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations Prioritize patient comfort and confidentiality at every step This assignment offers the chance to further develop specialized skills, work with well-maintained imaging technology, and support critical care with a dedicated team.
