Schedule/Hours:
Tuesday 8:00-16:30 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 13:30-22:00
On Call:
Tuesdays 16:30-07:00 (overnight)
Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent recognized credential) Minimum of one year clinical radiology experience preferred Handle with Care or equivalent formal de-escalation training (especially relevant for supporting ICU, ED, Med-Surg, Peds, NICU, and other specialized units) Proficiency in imaging protocols across patient age groups, including pediatric and neonatal populations BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures per physician orders with safety and accuracy Effectively communicate with patients/families and healthcare teams Adapt quickly to high-acuity and changing environments, including Level 3 NICU and emergent pediatric care Support teaching initiatives and professional development within the department Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
