Night of Call Per Week Pay Rate:
$66/Hourly Mandatory Qualifications for This Job Active Montana Radiologic Technologist License required for both CT and X-Ray modalities. Minimum 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist and/or Radiologic Technologist . Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) required. ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) preferred or required based on facility standards. Experience performing CT scans and Diagnostic X-Ray procedures in a hospital setting. Working knowledge of Cerner EMR or similar electronic medical record systems is preferred. Strong understanding of radiation safety , patient positioning, and imaging protocols. Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams. Roles and Responsibilities Perform high-quality Computed Tomography (CT) and Diagnostic X-Ray examinations according to physician orders. Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging procedures. Ensure patient safety by following radiation protection and imaging safety protocols. Operate CT scanners and X-ray equipment efficiently and safely. Review imaging requests and verify patient information for accuracy. Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation. Monitor patients throughout imaging procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs. Administer contrast media when appropriate and monitor for adverse reactions, following facility policies. Maintain accurate patient documentation using Cerner EMR . Perform equipment quality control checks and report equipment issues promptly. Maintain compliance with
ARRT , HIPAA , OSHA
, and facility policies. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
