Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Travel Picture yourself spending 13 weeks in Livingston, MT—where historic charm and rugged mountain beauty come together at the threshold of Yellowstone. This region is renowned for its outdoor adventure opportunities, vibrant arts scene, and welcoming small-town atmosphere. This opportunity is perfect for an adaptable imaging professional skilled in CT and X-Ray, particularly those who are confident working independently during evening and weekend shifts. Your work supports a critical access hospital serving a diverse patient population, offering you the chance to deepen your experience with both routine and emergent cases and to broaden your clinical toolkit.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour evening shifts: Thursday through Sunday 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Execute CT and diagnostic X-Ray exams (routine, trauma, emergent, contrast-enhanced studies) Ensure safe, high-quality imaging, patient positioning, and thorough documentation Support inpatients, outpatients, and Emergency Department needs with efficiency Collaborate closely with radiologists, medical staff, and the imaging department Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards Perform duties largely independently with minimal oversight during designated hours
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT(R)) required ARRT(CT) certification strongly preferred Eligible or current Montana Radiologic Technologist license BLS certification required 1-2 years of recent CT/X-Ray experience (hospital, ED, rural, or critical access hospital preferred) Experience with CT contrast protocols and safety preferred Strong communication, flexibility, and ability to prioritize emergent imaging
