Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into a vital MRI Technologist role, where your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services. This contract opportunity offers a structured, flexible schedule and positions you at the forefront of advanced care using Siemens 1.5T and 3T equipment. You'll primarily work in Greensboro, with possible shifts at additional local sites to support team needs.
Schedule & Structure:
Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours minimum, guaranteed) Schedule may include any 3 shifts assigned Monday through Sunday No night shifts and no on-call requirements 13-week minimum assignment
Key Qualifications:
ARRT (MR) certification is required Minimum of 5 years' MRI experience Proficiency in Epic electronic medical records Confident starting IVs independently Capable of operating as the sole technician per MRI machine Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience:
Previous involvement in breast biopsies and research studies is desirable MRSO certification is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of MRI examinations using cutting-edge Siemens equipment Support breast biopsy procedures and research studies (if experienced) Ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality image acquisition Manage patient information and workflow efficiently using Epic software Exhibit adaptability by floating to multiple local imaging sites as needed Be part of a team focused on patient-centered care and innovation in diagnostic imaging.
