Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures. Assist physicians with procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring the patient, and ensuring optimal imaging quality. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, infection control protocols, and privacy regulations. Document patient procedures accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and patients to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiography (required). Certification or advanced credentials in IR (strongly preferred). Minimum of one year of recent experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or acute care setting. Current BLS certification. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols.
