Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic imaging environment as a CT Technologist supporting busy emergency, inpatient, observation, and outpatient units. You will join a department that performs an average of 160 studies per weekday and 120 on weekends, utilizing three advanced Siemens CT scanners and handling a wide range of imaging, including CT-guided invasive procedures and Cardiac CT imaging. Your expertise and commitment to safety will help maintain standards set by TJC Stroke accreditation in a facility with comprehensive support services and leading-edge technology.

Orientation:
1 day administrative onboarding (Epic, eLearnings, policy review, etc.), plus 2 days to 1 week departmental orientation as needed Black scrubs required
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of CT imaging experience ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT Current BLS certification Strong skills in starting peripheral IVs, venous/arterial phase scanning, multi-phase scanning, stroke imaging (including perfusion), and colorectal studies Knowledge of TeraRecon preferred but not required Capable of providing safe, high-quality imaging across diverse patient populations (ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient) Willingness to accept first-time travelers
Responsibilities:
Perform CT imaging studies with precision and empathy for emergency, inpatient, observation, and outpatient populations Conduct CT-guided invasive procedures and Cardiac CT imaging within the department Support patient care teams by establishing peripheral IV access and delivering quality imaging in both venous and arterial phases Collaborate with the radiology team, using Epic and Philips iSite PACS Maintain compliance with protocols and safety standards
