Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Advance your career as a Radiology/X-ray Technologist in a dynamic neurosurgery and neurology clinic setting. This contract opportunity focuses on delivering expert imaging services to a diverse outpatient population, including adults and pediatric patients. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no call, weekend, or holiday coverage required. Expect a supportive team environment—with RNs, CNAs, front desk staff, and experienced fellow technologists—and access to modern imaging technology. Start dates are immediate.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends, on-call, or holidays
Qualifications:
ARRT certification and active BLS required At least 2 years' experience in radiology, ideally with spine/head imaging and injection guidance (first-time travelers welcome) Comfortable with c-arm equipment (GE OEC preferred) Experience with outpatient and pediatric imaging a plus Adept at managing typical office/admin responsibilities like making imaging CDs Ability to work successfully in fast-paced environments Willing to float rarely to nearby campuses if needed (training provided)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic X-ray and injection imaging with exceptional accuracy and patient care Support a high-volume clinic (average 60 imaging patients/day) Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff, including physicians and nurses Navigate EPIC EMR and Intellaspace PACS systems Adhere to safety procedures and maintain clean, organized imaging areas Maintain effective communication with both patients and team members
