WakeMed is looking for a Mammography Technologist who combines clinical excellence with compassion to make a meaningful impact every day. What You'll Do As a Mammography Technologist, you'll play a critical role in patient diagnostics and experience.
You will:
Perform high-quality mammography imaging following physician orders and safety protocols Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity throughout each exam Monitor patient conditions and communicate any changes to physicians Prepare patients and explain procedures to ease anxiety and build trust Position patients and equipment for optimal image quality Maintain and adjust imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality Accurately document diagnostic data in patient records Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams on diagnostic interpretation Prioritize workflow to deliver efficient, timely care What Makes You a Great Fit You're more than technically skilled—you're someone who cares deeply about patients and teamwork.

Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Experience:
Prior clinical radiology experience preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
