Job Description

Family HealthCare is looking for a Radiologic Technologist. The Radiologic Technologists provides accurate and quality radiologic services to FHC patients and providers in order to ensure quality care and assist with other diagnostic department duties.
Key Accountabilities:
Order and maintain adequate supplies as needed in work areas Provide timely and accurate x-ray exams and communicate results to ordering provider Ensure equipment is maintained and working properly and updating maintenance logs as needed Assist lab personnel with various tasks including phlebotomy, pulmonary function testing, performing minimal lab tests, and sample handling Support organization as needed

Requirements:
The ability to interact with staff and patients in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Familiarity with human anatomy and its relationship to radiographic procedures. Mechanical skills. Communication skills. Basic office skills. Organizational skills. Problem solving skills. Exhibit cultural sensitivity and adherence to organizational mission.
Education/Experience:
ND Radiographer license Completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA approved school. ARRT registration. ND Radiographer license
Physcial Requirement/Activities:
Standing, walking, climbing, balancing, bending, carrying, reaching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, gripping, talking, typing, hearing/listening, seeing/observing.
