• Graduate of an AMA?approved school of Radiologic Technology (Radiologic Technologist)
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience preferred (experience in CT or acute care settings a plus)
• ARRT registration (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or registry eligible — must obtain ARRT within 90 days of hire and maintain as required
• New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy license (current or must obtain per state timeline)
• CPR certification required (must be acquired within 3 months of hire and maintained per hospital policy) Core Responsibilities — CT Technologist / CT Tech Duties
• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT examinations and CT scans for patient diagnosis and treatment planning
• Provide radiologic care and ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures
• Maintain competency in at least two specialty areas (e.g., Diagnostic Radiology, Computed Tomography, Bone Densitometry, Interventional Radiology)
• Operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment, adhering to ALARA principles and radiation safety standards
• Collaborate with Radiologists and clinical team members; follow direction of the Associate Director of Radiology and interpreting providers
• Accurately document procedures, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Preferred Skills & Certifications
• Advanced CT protocol knowledge and cross-sectional anatomy understanding
• Strong patient communication and triage skills
• Experience with PACS, RIS, and electronic medical records
• Certifications or training in contrast administration and trauma imaging (preferred) Benefits & Perks
