In the Radiology unit—also known as Imaging and Diagnostic Imaging—the Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist will contribute across modalities that support emergency care, inpatient, and outpatient services; this Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be part of a critical access hospital and Level IV Trauma Center offering high-quality, low-cost care with a focus on patient experience and community support. Key selling points include specialized services like orthopedic excellence, a dedicated geriatric mental health unit, and an enhanced surgical recovery program (ERAS), creating a comprehensive continuum where Radiology Technology is integral to timely diagnoses and outstanding outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging with daily guidance from a Lead Imaging Technologist and close collaboration with board-certified radiologists, the Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist will perform CT and X-ray with opportunities to cross-train in additional modalities, uphold ALARA and radiation safety standards, follow evidence-based protocols, support trauma workflows, prioritize patient comfort, and ensure seamless handoffs; supported by friendly nurses, a diverse interdisciplinary team, and responsive operational leaders, the Radiologic Technologist will find clear pathways for advancement, helpful on-call resources, clinical decision support, and a Just Culture that values continuous improvement.
