Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Mammography Technologist for an exciting Contract opportunity in North Bergen, NJ. Responsibilities Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations. Assist with breast ultrasound procedures, stereotactic breast biopsies, and needle localization procedures. Position patients appropriately and obtain high-quality images. Operate mammography and imaging equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with Tomosynthesis (3D Mammography) and advanced breast imaging procedures. Educate patients regarding breast imaging procedures and post-procedure care. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Mammography experience. Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology. ARRT Certification required. Active Diagnostic Radiography License required. Mammography Certification required. Radiologic Technologist Licensure required. Experience with screening and diagnostic mammography. Experience with breast ultrasound procedures. Experience with stereotactic breast biopsies and needle localization. Experience with Tomosynthesis (3D Mammography).
Assignment Details Duration:
17 Weeks. High possibility of extension or permanent placement.
Weekly Hours:
