We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our Nuclear/PET Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a talented clinical team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment focused on advanced cardiac imaging. Key Responsibilities Prepare the injection room and PET/CT suite for daily operations Greet and bring patients from the waiting area; assess dietary, medication, and physical compliance prior to study Identify patients, explain procedures, obtain consent, and place IV access Assist the Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) with PET/CT studies, including pushing the button for both resting and stress CT portions of the scan Prep patients for stress testing, including electrode placement, stress monitor hookup, blood pressure, and pulse-ox readings Complete stress worksheets and DRM documentation during stress testing Enter patient information into the stress computer and billing systems; complete PET/CT billing Perform cath correlations and maintain the Patient Stats Log Print schedules, prior studies, consents, and worksheets for PET and nuclear procedures Order, receive, and stock all supplies for the PET/CT stress lab Disinfect and prepare rooms between patients; perform OSHA cleaning and housekeeping duties Restock and prepare the room at the end of each day in preparation for the following day Carry out other duties as directed by the Medical and Technical Director Qualifications ARRT(R) certification required; must maintain current certification Active NJ State Radiology License required; must maintain current licensure BLS certification required; must maintain current certification 3-5 years of clinical radiology experience required 1 year of clinical nuclear cardiology experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general internet/computer navigation IV placement skills required Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
