Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into a vital healthcare setting providing exceptional diagnostic imaging services. This opportunity calls for skilled professionals with experience as an X-ray Tech or Radiologic Technologist, ready to support patient care with expertise and empathy. Multiple shifts and consistent scheduling flexibility make this role accessible for varying availability.
Schedule:
Day, evening, and night openings available Every other weekend rotation required
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Demonstrated proficiency with imaging equipment, specifically Siemens and Philips systems Experience with EPIC electronic medical records Strong attention to patient safety and protocol compliance Ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinical teams Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality X-ray examinations per physician orders and established best practices Ensure accurate patient identification and explanation of procedures, prioritizing patient comfort Operate Siemens and Philips imaging equipment, optimizing image quality while minimizing radiation exposure Utilize EPIC for documentation and order processing, maintaining complete and confidential records Collaborate with radiologists and care teams for timely, coordinated care delivery Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards Contribute to department workflow by supporting colleagues and maintaining a clean, organized environment Participate in continuing education and uphold current certification This role provides the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes while expanding your expertise with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment.
